Here’s an opportunity to bring your whole team out of the office for a fantastic team builder. Our yacht requires a minimum of 8 and as many as 18 persons. Sailing as a team allows time to relax and communicate outside the office. Unlike other team builders, sailing strengthens interdependence because everyone is involved in driving the yacht against the competition. St. Maarten or Antigua beckon! Only limited sailing experience needed, our skipper and mate will show you the ropes. We’ll give the athletic members of your team a challenging workout. The more relaxed team members are also important on the rail where the righting motion is needed. After the race relax in the company of your tanned and bonded crew.
